VAUXHALL VIVARO 6 SPEED

Six speed Vivaro’s ( and the 5 speed full manual )  have fairly common gearbox issues with wear on the bearings causing rotational noise and problematic gear selection, either from gear-to-gear I.E 3rd to 4th or across the gate I.E when moving from say 2nd to 3rd this is, in most cases due to the selector shaft ( Bush-roller-seal )  seizing up in the case, with either the rollers breaking up or the selector shaft (in the case) getting heavily worn.
