This particular gearbox ( 5 speed full manual from a 2010 registered Aygo) common across the Toyota Aygo range , commonly it just needs a re-bearing & re-seal due to the front seal spinning in the case and losing its ability to function, a slipping clutch may be the first indicator due to oil contamination & slight noise on idle which disappears when the clutch is depressed.
